At present time, not much information is known about Mr. Davis as yearbooks and other media sources from the early-to-mid 1920's are currently not available; however, it is fact that Davis was a native of Linn Grove and graduate of Morningside College in Sioux City. For the seasons in which it is certain that Mr. Davis led the Lynx—from 1924-26—Webster City went 5-3-1, 6-2-1, and 4-5-1, respectively.
